Your digital architect

Design and technology.Built around you.

We build brands, websites, and digital tools that help your business work better.

The beginning of
what comes next.

Your presence

A presence that feels like your business.

Your identity, website and advertising should feel like parts of the same business. We connect the words, visuals and experience through one shared direction.

Customer choice

Make choosing you easier.

Help people understand your offer, see the proof, and take the next step. From a quote request to a booking or purchase, we shape the journey around what your customers need to decide.

The thinking behind the work

Good design gives people
something to go on.

What the business needed, what we made and why.

Working together

We’ll work through it with you.

You don’t need to arrive with a finished brand or a digital plan. Bring what you know about your business and what you want to improve. We’ll recommend an approach, explain our thinking and work through your feedback together.

  1. Understand and plan

We discuss your business, customers and goals. Then we recommend the brand, website or advertising work that fits, with responsibilities and a schedule agreed before we begin.

You bring: your goals, customer knowledge, and existing material.

  2. Shape the direction

We shape the messaging, content and visual direction across the agreed work. You review the work at agreed points, with the thinking behind the choices made clear.

You bring: feedback and approval of the direction.

  3. Build, check, and launch

We create the agreed brand materials, website or advertising and review the details together. After your final approval, we prepare the launch and handover defined in your scope.

You bring: final content, required account access, and launch approval.

Before we begin

The practical
questions matter.

The right scope depends on your business. These are the things we work through before you commit.

Will our website look like this one?

Your website’s direction comes from your business, audience, and goals. A plumber may need a clear route to an urgent call; an architect may need room for project detail; a salon may need a simple booking journey. Our world expresses EMBR. We find the right expression for you.

What can the project include?

Brand identity and messaging, website design and development, and advertising can be part of the work. We can start from an idea or improve what you have, then agree the right combination in your proposal.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

Pages, content, functionality, and the material you already have all affect the work. We review those first, then set out the price, schedule, payment terms, and any recurring costs in a proposal. You can assess the full scope before deciding.

Do we need the words and photographs ready?

Bring what you have. We review your existing copy, photographs, and brand material, identify the gaps, and agree who will supply or create each part. Any additional content work is included in the scope before it starts.

What will we own and be able to edit?

We agree this before the project starts. Your proposal sets out what is handed over, the accounts and access you receive, how editing works, and any third-party licences or subscriptions the website depends on.

What happens after launch?

We agree how hosting, updates, and support will be handled as part of the scope. That includes who is responsible, what is covered, and any ongoing charges, so you know what comes next.
