What condition should items be in?
Gently used and free of stains, holes, damage, excessive wear, and visible dirt. Items don’t need to be freshly washed. Toys should be complete and working.
Can I share an open package of diapers?
Yes—both opened and unopened packages of diapers are welcome.
What about strollers and bigger items?
Please contact us with photos and details before bringing cribs, bouncers, strollers, or pack-and-plays. We’ll review the item and confirm that we have space.
Where are pickups available?
Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Goleta. Email to request a pickup. A request doesn’t reserve a time; we’ll confirm with you personally.
